We are looking to hire “Telesales Specialist.”

Shift: Day & Night.
Day- 7AM to 3PM
Night- 7PM to 11:30PM
Number of vacancies: Not specific

Educational Requirements

• HSC, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Education is not a barrier if you speak fluent ENGLISH.

Key Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (MUST).
• Confident in negotiation and handling objections.
• Active listener with a punctual, professional attitude.
• Age Range: 18 to 35 years (Male & Female).
• Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, browsing, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to sell or promote services/products
• Understand customer needs and close sales
• Handle high volumes of inbound & outbound calls
• Follow structured scripts and adapt to different customers
• Record call details in CRM accurately
• Upsell when opportunities arise
• Build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
