We’re Hiring: Team Leader & Closer (Day Shift)
Location: Phulbari Upazila, Kurigram, Bangladesh
Office-based | Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:40 AM – 3:00 PM
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Honours degree.
- Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree may also be considered.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in telesales, BPO, or outbound call center.
- Proven record as a sales closer and/or team lead.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
- Must be able to work DAY SHIFT from the office.
- Client handling, smart communication & coordination.
- Creative thinking and multitasking ability.
- Must be comfortable working under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet browsing).
- Age: 18 to 30 (Both male & female candidates can apply).
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain client communication via email, phone calls, and meetings (including outbound calls).
- Lead and motivate a small outbound sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Make outbound calls to Australia, selling products or services.
- Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
- Understand customer needs, handle objections, and close deals.
- Train and coach team members to improve performance.
- Maintain daily reports and communicate results with management.
